TabletopTown Token System (Appendix II)

Summary: Tokens are an in app currency for buying games, and can be paid out in cash

In order to comply with App Store and Google Play Store Guidelines, TabletopTown uses TabletopTown Tokens as an in-app currency, which can be redeemed for in-app content. Redeemed tokens are exchanged for creative content (“Artwork”) on the TabletopTown Marketplace. By redeeming tokens for creative content, you receive all the rights and limitations conferred by the ownership of the same creative content. This includes any and all limitations of intellectual property, resale, and republication. Some rights that are otherwise available for this creative content may not be available directly within the TabletopTown software and is not a limitation of your legal rights, but a limitation of the capabilities of the software itself. The purchase of creative content on the TabletopTown marketplace does not guarantee the legal ownership of the same creative content on any other platform, or in physical form and is dependent on the creator of the artwork.

Tokens that have been earned through the redemption of tokens in the TabletopTown marketplace may be eligible to be paid out to creators in the form of real currency using the TabletopTown web creator dashboard. Payout eligibility and exchange rates are dependent on exchange rates and fees policies, and are subject to change. Payout eligibility and exchange rates are negotiable, and may not be the same for each Creative Partner.
