The Creative Partner represents and warrants that:

  • The Artwork shall be the original work of the Creative Partner and shall not infringe upon the IP rights of any third party.

  • The Artwork shall not be artificially (”AI”) generated or otherwise created by another party other than the Creative Partner. For more information about AI, please see Appendix III.

  • The Artwork shall not contain any defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful material.

  • The Creative Partner shall self-tag all content that is reserved for adults, aged 18+.
