The Creative Partner agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with any breach of this Agreement or any claim that the Artwork infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
